Pantrygirl likes it hot and sticky. (Get your mind out of the gutter.)

Last night I made the perfect sweet treat to satisfy any woman with a sweet tooth, Hot Chocolate Pudding made with bittersweet chocolate. Without the pre-requisite guilt, I dolloped a gigantic scoop of cold vanilla ice cream into my hot gooey cup of happiness. All I can say is, it was better than sex. Nothing against my husband but hot chocolate pudding takes less energy and requires less cleanup.

Men, if you want to impress your woman with a sweet fix, try these. Ladies, if you need a sweet treat during your visit from Flo, try these.

Baked Bliss

8 oz of bittersweet/semi-sweet chocolate

1 stick butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup flour

4 eggs

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Melt chocolate and butter.

Combine sugar, flour and eggs. Stir into melted chocolate.

Pour into buttered ramekins/muffin tins.

Bake for 15 minutes or until sides are set and top is cakey/cracky.

Serve warm.

I guarantee that you will be filled with euphoria all night.
